Gated service and Founding 55 terms.

Gated is developer and security infrastructure in private preview for non-critical work. Use only accounts, repositories and infrastructure you are authorized to control. Keep credentials secure and do not share an individual account. Access is limited to the capabilities enabled for your account; there is no production-readiness guarantee, guaranteed uptime, universal interception of agents or guaranteed support response. Direct credentials can bypass Gated-controlled authorization.

The first five applicants approved for individual business-use eligibility receive one free Founding account for as long as Gated offers that service. Approval order determines allocation. No card is required, no paid subscription is created, and access never automatically converts to paid billing. Grants are personal and non-transferable; revoked or closed grants are not reallocated. The same private-pilot scope and first-30-days feedback expectation apply, measured from the grant date. Serious abuse or violations of these terms can lead to suspension after human review. Missing feedback follows the notice and cure process below. Extra seats and future premium tiers are not included.

An accepted Founding account costs $1 USD per month plus applicable tax, charged automatically each month until canceled. The next 50 approved applicants can choose this paid offer; approval alone does not charge or subscribe you. Checkout shows the total before payment. Eligible purchases are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link sends payment receipts and handles transaction support, tax and disputes; Gated provides the product and product support. Link may process refunds under its own applicable policies, including after our stated first-payment refund window. The offer is for one qualifying individual account for business use in one of the 50 U.S. states, not a workspace or transferable team seat. An operator verifies eligibility. The program allows at most 50 lifetime paid allocations, including accounts later canceled or refunded. Additional members and future premium features may be priced separately; this subscription does not include every future feature.

The $1 monthly base rate lasts while this qualifying subscription remains continuously active and Gated provides the subscribed service. It does not mean a person's lifetime or a promise to operate indefinitely. A scheduled cancellation can be withdrawn before the subscription ends. Once the subscription actually ends, the Founding rate does not automatically return. We do not silently reprice the subscription or charge retroactively for lost eligibility.

Provide one substantive feedback action within 30 days of your first successful payment: written product feedback, a legitimate bug report, onboarding or usability feedback, a brief interview, or the official questionnaire. A human reviews it. There is no recurring monthly feedback requirement. If feedback is missing or insufficient, we explain the issue in written notice and allow 14 days from that notice to cure it. An operator can record an extension or waiver. Feedback alone does not trigger automatic cancellation, repricing or loss of access; any further action requires human review and notice.

Use Manage billing to cancel, or email support@gated.sh for assistance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and prevents later renewals. Access continues through that period. A paid allocation remains counted toward the lifetime 50 cap after termination and is not offered to someone else.

Request a refund of your first payment by emailing support@gated.sh within 14 days of that payment. We will refund that first payment, including tax collected on it. Later payments and requests outside that window are reviewed individually. A refund does not itself cancel future renewals: cancel through Manage billing or ask us explicitly to cancel. Full or partial refunds alone do not change the rate or automatically remove access. If termination is separately agreed or confirmed, the paid allocation remains permanently counted. Applicable legal refund rights are unaffected.

You have seven days from the renewal due date to resolve a failed renewal payment using Manage billing. We preserve the Founding allocation and rate during this period. If payment remains unresolved afterward, the account requires human review; Gated does not automatically cancel, reprice or remove access solely because the seven days elapsed. An operator will review the circumstances and give notice before any billing-related suspension or termination. A provider-confirmed subscription termination is handled as an actual termination. Provider retry settings must support this policy before paid admission opens.

A dispute or chargeback triggers operator review. Opening one does not automatically remove entitlement, change the price, delete history or trigger punitive billing automation. We preserve the relevant audit records. Any action following a provider-confirmed final outcome requires human review under these terms and appropriate notice. Refunds and disputes never make a paid allocation reusable. Contact support@gated.sh for billing concerns; doing so is not a condition for exercising your legal rights.

We may restrict access to address an actual security threat or unauthorized use. Security access decisions and billing decisions are recorded separately. We will communicate material changes affecting the subscription and any service discontinuation; these terms do not authorize an undisclosed price increase. No new adverse billing automation is permitted while a dispute is under review.

Stripe processes payment data; Gated does not store raw card numbers or card security codes. See the Privacy notice for the data we keep and how to request access or deletion.
